put in place licensing options that allow independent RPG publishers to
design and distribute settings, scenarios and accessories based on
Treasure.
To provide a team game that encourages co-operation and frequent participation during play.
To set out a clear route from a boardgame style of play to the ‘freeform’ approach used in many RPGs.

present straightforward ‘rules’, which develop and reward collaborative
decision making, critical thinking and character development during
